C.40.CU:10 - Rationale

The same intervention can reveal a response and help produce it. Its interpretation therefore has to remain connected to the use that consumes it. The use, in turn, determines which conditions to realize, which alternatives are worth comparing and what to preserve for another enactment.

A list of inquiry, architecture and learning patterns leaves these decisions to the reader. The contribution here is their conditional organization: qualify only what the application needs, construct the whole arrangement, test its result, and return from transfer failure to the affected contribution. Constituent Methods retain their own authority and detailed operations.
