C.40.JD:4.3 - Rejoin in consequential work and distinguish what changed

Bring the available way, actual performer and provision together in one consequential receiving occasion. Ordinary work supplies the material and stakes; the developed way supplies the operation; the performer enacts it; the arrangement supplies the necessary conditions. The work changes its own subject, such as a service, engineered system or decision. This result alone does not describe the change in the person, team or organization.

Use the work and its appropriate examination to recover three distinct results where they matter:

  • what the receiving activity obtained;
  • what the developing subject can now do, under which retained assistance and conditions;
  • what the attempt revealed about the way and its provision.

The first goes back into ordinary operation. The second changes the starting position for subsequent development. The third can change the Method, help, organization or the earlier direction. A useful result that still depends on a specialist remains useful. It does not establish independent capability, nor does that limit invalidate the delivered service.

The critical join is now explicit: a proposed capability is not merely written between “training” and “performance”. The learning work exercises the named operation; the receiving work requires that operation under the promised assistance; and the resulting evidence supports only the capability of the actual holder and arrangement. C.40.CU, E.23.CDI and the subject evaluation Methods provide the corresponding construction and qualification.
