C.43:7 - Conformance Checklist

A practitioner can use the result when the following questions have content-bearing answers at the depth needed for the choice:

  • What actual system and consequential change are being considered, for whom and over what span?
  • What can be known in time, and which remaining uncertainty can change the action?
  • What continuations are available, including conditional future responses and retained adequate practice?
  • How do their consequences, interactions, costs and remaining possibilities compare?
  • How will the chosen response take effect with the available means and authority?
  • Which later difference changes which relied-on conclusion?
  • Where a specialized formalism is used, what assumptions give it its particular result, and what question remains outside it?
  • When development is intended, which intervention changes a capability or Method, how is that change established in receiving use, and which further worthwhile problem becomes attainable?

These answers establish a connected proposal or working account. Effective implementation, empirical performance and formal guarantees require the evidence appropriate to those further claims.
