CB.10:5.2 - A quiet user and a useful practice

A person rarely posts in an association’s forum but uses its public planning guide. An optional conversation recovers a particular plan they prepared and the parts of the guide they used. The receiving team confirms that the plan supplied the information needed for its next decision.

This is useful independent use with a local receiving result. The association keeps the guide accessible and improves its correction route. It does not require the person to post in order to count as a successful user, nor infer that every download produced the same capability or result.
