CB.10:5.3 - More activity and a less useful answer
After a points programme begins, more short replies appear. Participants explain that any reply earns points. Recipients report that many replies repeat the question, and experienced contributors spend additional time correcting them. Comparing a few received answers with their follow-up requests confirms that visible response volume has risen without the hoped-for help in those cases.
The organisers use CB.6 to change what receives recognition and CB.5 to improve the answer-and-return practice. They compare the next answers for usefulness and correction burden. They retain the activity count as an observation, but it no longer stands for successful support.
