CB.10:5.5 - Sufficient evidence for an ordinary decision

A host needs a room for the next meeting. Confirmed attendance and the venue’s capacity answer the booking question. The host uses them without starting a value investigation. If attendance remains high while people report that the meeting is unhelpful, that different decision reopens this pattern.
