CB.10:5.4 - An experience that does not need a productivity claim
A walking group exists partly for companionship. Members describe feeling welcome, name occasions when they could join a conversation and report that a changed meeting point excluded two regular participants. The organiser checks access with those participants and restores a reachable meeting arrangement.
The inquiry has changed the condition that matters. No claim about workplace performance is needed. If the group later promises a health effect, that new claim needs an appropriate evidence basis.
