CB.12:2 - Problem
A successful first encounter does not necessarily make the useful action easy to repeat. The person may fail to notice the relevant situation, know what to do but lack material or time, begin but not finish, or discover that the expected result no longer matters.
An organiser who sees only a participation count can respond to all of these with more reminders or rewards. That can increase visible activity while leaving the actual obstacle unchanged.
How can the organiser and participant build and revise a useful repeated action, distinguish what prevents it, and retain the person’s ability to choose another way or stop?
