CB.14:10 - Rationale
Repeated practical trouble is a useful entry because it links development to a receiving task. Comparing contexts then helps distinguish a missing explanation, a transferable contribution and a condition that belongs to another owner. This avoids asking one document to solve every difficulty.
Community judgement and method evidence have different jobs. Participants can establish priorities and sponsor a contribution. Qualified development and observation establish what users may reasonably expect from the resulting way of working. Connecting those returns preserves both practitioner influence and warranted claims.
