CB.14:9 - Consequences
The community gains a way to turn distributed experience into resources people can use and improve. A temporary project can obtain sustained work without making all participation project work. Differences remain visible enough to support adaptation and reciprocal help.
The method consumes time for recovery, disagreement, testing and maintenance. That effort is justified by the recurring use it serves. A sufficient existing answer or a small support repair can be the better result.
