CB.15:10 - Rationale
A small joint task gives differences a working consequence. People can ask why an action occurred, discover a missing dependency and judge whether a change helps their receiving work. This makes mutual understanding actionable without requiring complete agreement in advance.
Returning the result to both sides prevents the encounter from becoming an isolated experience for its attendees. Separating that return from further commitment lets the participants keep a useful narrow connection and obtain stronger governance or provision only when the work needs it.
