CB.16:5.3 - Named contributors speak without claiming the whole field
A platform invites comments from repair practitioners on a proposed information form. Several members of a loose network have useful experience, but the network has no authorised common position and many independent repairers are outside it.
The willing contributors submit a joint technical account in their own names, stating the settings their examples cover and the limits of their agreement. They make the permitted account available for others to use or challenge. The response is a real contribution; it is not presented as the view of all repairers.
A later proposal to maintain an ongoing representative relationship would require a mandate and provision through CB.13. The earlier signatures do not settle that new question.
