CB.1:2 - Problem

An attractive community idea can hide several different problems. People may lack access to a reliable answer, opportunities to practise, trusted relationships, permission to use data, or a way to improve the practice itself. A discussion space addresses some of these conditions and leaves others intact. Its sponsor, active contributors and quiet participants may also want different results.

How can an organiser construct and compare useful contributions without treating a platform, shared label or sponsor objective as the answer?
