CB.1:3 - Forces
| Force | Decision it changes |
| A recognisable common concern | A sufficiently specific concern helps people decide whether to participate; a narrow description can also exclude people whose experience is needed. |
| Participants’ benefit and organisers’ purpose | A sponsor may sustain the arrangement, while its preferred behaviour may provide little value to participants. |
| Relationship and independent use | Some results need continuing mutual help; others can be obtained by people using an explanation or service independently. |
| Early uncertainty and credible commitment | A small practical probe can clarify the proposal, but participants still need truthful expectations about help, effort and control. |
| Diversity of situations and a feasible first action | One shared offer can contain several useful forms of participation; trying to serve every situation at once can prevent any exchange from working. |
