CB.1:7 - Conformance Checklist

Before relying on the proposal, check that:

  • the intended people and useful change can be recognised in an actual or explicitly proposed situation;
  • the alternatives differ in how they would help, and an existing adequate route was considered where relevant;
  • each necessary contribution has an available supplier or a named unresolved question;
  • mutual participation is required only where it contributes to the result;
  • the offer exposes the effort, interests and participation conditions that could change a person’s decision;
  • the next action and evidence can distinguish usefulness from registration, activity or agreement with an idea.

A small proposal can satisfy these questions in ordinary prose. A stronger commitment requires stronger evidence of demand, provision and applicable domain conditions.
