CB.2:10 - Rationale
An early exchange is often blocked by several modest conditions at once: an unclear question, unknown competence, incompatible availability or an absent return. Deliberate matching and preparation make these conditions tractable. A bounded result keeps the commitment understandable and exposes what the interaction supplied.
Closing the return matters because a contributor otherwise may never learn whether the response could be used. Recording organising support matters for a different reason: it shows which work continuation must preserve. Neither requires equal repayment, compulsory activity or a fixed growth path.
