CB.2:5.2 - The same purpose requires asynchronous participation

In a second constructed use, the repairers’ working hours do not overlap. The organiser keeps the purpose and permitted material but changes the interaction. The owner posts the bounded question and indicates when a response would still be useful. Each contributor accepts a feasible response window; one answers and the other checks the conditional interpretation later.

The owner returns a concise account of the chosen next step. If the decision cannot wait for those windows, the professional service route replaces this exchange for that case.
