CB.2:7 - Conformance Checklist
A defensible first exchange has:
- a useful result and recipient appropriate to the purpose;
- contributions chosen for their relevance, competence, willingness and feasible effort;
- sufficiently prepared and permissible material;
- understandable participation and response conditions;
- a result or limitation returned to the people involved;
- a continuation decision that accounts for organising support and the limits of the observations.
A proposed exchange may satisfy the planning conditions while its practical outcome remains unknown. Preserve that distinction when deciding whether to repeat or enlarge it.
