CB.3:10 - Rationale

Entry is a small use of the actual arrangement. If its first action depends on unavailable material, an unexplained convention or an absent response, persuasion leaves the dependency intact. Following that action reveals which change can help.

Choice and support work together. A bare choice among infeasible options supplies little autonomy; help tied to an unwanted public commitment can undermine it. Making a wanted action understandable, feasible and answerable allows participation to develop without prescribing one trajectory.
