CB.3:9 - Consequences
People can receive value before a large commitment, choose useful forms of participation and change them as circumstances change. The organiser obtains specific return questions about access, help and responsibility instead of one unexplained engagement problem.
The work consumes preparation and response capacity. Offering many options without capable support can make entry less reliable; retain only options the arrangement can supply.
