CB.3:2 - Problem

An invitation may be easy to send and difficult to accept. The person may face unfamiliar language, a public-disclosure demand, inaccessible material, uncertain permission, an unsuitable schedule or a commitment larger than they can sustain. An organiser can misread any of these as lack of motivation.

How can the organiser make useful participation obtainable while allowing people to contribute differently, receive help first, change their involvement and return after absence?
