CB.3:3 - Forces
| Force | Decision it changes |
| Clear guidance and personal choice | A concrete first action reduces uncertainty; a compulsory public introduction can exclude the person it was meant to welcome. |
| Relevant entry conditions and avoidable barriers | Some actions need competence or permission; unrelated hurdles consume effort without protecting that action. |
| Available help and organising capacity | A welcome creates an expectation of response which someone must be able to meet. |
| Continuity and changing circumstances | Familiar conventions ease return, while changed tools, responsibilities or personal commitments may require a new arrangement. |
| Recognition and actual access | Being told one belongs can matter, but does not provide a missing permission, response or opportunity. |
