CB.3:5.3 - Return and handover preserve a choice

A volunteer who used to welcome newcomers returns after three months with less available time. The old role included both introductions and checking unanswered questions. The group now has another person for introductions, while question checking remains unsupported. They agree a smaller fortnightly contribution and revise the advertised response window. The returning volunteer receives only the changed material and current contact details.

If nobody accepts the remaining work, the organiser reduces the offer or obtains another provider. The previous volunteer’s membership does not supply an unlimited continuing commitment.
