CB.4:5.3 - A common conversation needs a different entry
A large neighbourhood gathering wants to hear different experiences of using a shared garden. A fixed panel would leave most participants as an audience. The host proposes a small speaking circle with an accessible signal for joining, clear turns and audibility for the rest of the room. Someone unable to move between seats can enter through the agreed microphone route.
The closing account distinguishes differing experiences and questions for the people responsible for the garden. Participation in the conversation does not appoint the speaking group to decide for all residents.
