CB.5:10 - Rationale

A contribution becomes useful through a relation to receiving work. Without a recipient and criteria, the organiser can collect effort without obtaining the needed result. Without a response, contributors cannot distinguish a useful accepted result from one that was ignored, misapplied or blocked by another condition.

The shared construction is the connection among request, contributor, conditions and returned result. The professional operations remain different. Keeping those differences visible lets a community combine support, learning, design and maintenance while preserving the authority and evidence each requires.
