CB.5:2 - Problem

“Contribute to the community” can conceal very different work. Answering a question, recommending a person, producing a tested product change and restoring equipment have different criteria and receiving decisions. A large volume of activity can leave the needed result absent. Conversely, useful work may be received without acknowledgement, explanation or a path for correction.

How can an organiser connect a real need, suitable voluntary or agreed work, its receiving use and a returned response without promising contributions that nobody can supply?
