CB.5:3 - Forces
| Force | Decision it changes |
| Broad willingness and specific competence | Many people may want to help; a particular contribution needs relevant knowledge, access and effort. |
| Contribution and receiving authority | Participants can offer valuable material while the product, employer or equipment owner retains the relevant decision. |
| Quick help and reusable material | A response fitted to one case can be useful immediately; reuse needs its conditions and a maintained source. |
| Voluntary contribution and dependable commitments | Peer help can remain optional; a service promise requires a provision arrangement able to meet it. |
| Learning from feedback and unpaid repair burden | A returned reason can improve the contribution; repeated revisions consume real time and need renewed agreement. |
