CB.5:5.2 - Twenty minutes broaden a design question
A voluntary community wants to make its shared reference easier to use, but participants work in different settings and cannot inspect the whole resource together. They agree to a twenty-minute design clinic: two minutes for the owner’s challenge, four for clarification, five for relevant experiences, six for possible changes and three for the owner’s selected takeaways. The allowances sum to twenty.
Participants expose two different difficulties: finding a known answer and recognising whether it applies. The owner retains a clearer index and an applicability example as possibilities for a later trial. No vote selects a final design. A subsequent use test and the resource owner’s decision are still needed.
A full case judgement would require more material and examination than this interval permits. The shorter form is useful because it promises a different result.
