CB.5:5.5 - A willing mentor receives a bounded task
An association member recommends a possible employee to a workshop. The person agrees to the introduction, and the employer assesses suitability and offers work under its own conditions. A volunteer mentor then agrees to help the new employee prepare one familiar task, using available instructions and a qualified learning arrangement where needed.
The mentor’s commitment is one prepared attempt and a return about the remaining difficulty. It does not include hiring authority or unlimited onboarding work. If the employer needs dependable continuing support, it must obtain that provision rather than assuming that a successful first meeting created it.
