CB.6:7 - Conformance Checklist

A fitting response establishes:

  • the actual contribution and the supported account of its value;
  • the purpose and audience of recognition;
  • a form the person can accept;
  • feasible provision of any offered benefit;
  • proportionate criteria and correction where opportunities depend on them;
  • a way to change an unwanted, misleading or distorting response.

An ordinary thank-you can rely on a known episode. A public competence claim, scarce award or promised service needs the corresponding assessment, decision or provision.
