CB.7:3 - Forces
| Force | Working consequence |
| Reach and trust differ. | A widely known speaker may not be the person a particular group consults about its work. |
| Willingness and preparation differ. | Interest makes an invitation possible; representative work reveals what preparation remains. |
| Local freedom and shared commitments interact. | Local organisers need room to adapt, while participants must be able to rely on the common promises. |
| Continuity takes spare capacity. | A nominal substitute who has no time or access cannot cover an absence. |
| Attention and conference time are limited. | A support group needs a bounded task and time to interpret its observations together; adding duties can consume the participation it should enable. |
| Evidence about relationships is partial. | Missing nominations or messages may reflect the inquiry’s boundary, not isolation or lack of contribution. |
| Support can become dependence. | Keep useful assistance while making it possible to perform without the initiator doing the work. |
