CB.9:6 - Bias-Annotation
The organiser may underestimate their own time, while a sponsor can make its visible benefits easier to report than participants’ quiet gains. People with less money or less control over their work time can be excluded by an apparently equal contribution rule. Ask whose burden is missing from the arrangement and whether they can decline without losing unrelated access. A favourable account from continuing contributors leaves departed or silent people unexamined.
