CB.9:7 - Conformance Checklist

For an arrangement on which people will rely, establish the following at the detail needed for that reliance:

  • The promised result and support period are understandable to the receiving parties.
  • Material labour, capability, access and payment requirements have willing, authorised provision.
  • Other commitments and the timing of payments have been considered where they affect feasibility.
  • Contribution terms, benefits and sponsor influence are understandable to the affected people.
  • Volunteers can decline or revise their contribution, and any dependable service has appropriate provision.
  • An ordinary use and a consequential shortfall have a workable response.
  • Actual burden and the end of the support period can change the promise before it becomes unsupported.

The arrangement can support reliance when the contributions, permissions and terms actually hold. Its description makes those conditions inspectable. Delivery and later value require their own observations.
