EXD.1:2 - Problem

“Why is this wrong?” can hide several questions. The recipient may have made a calculation error, used a different aggregation rule, questioned a premise or asked whether the result serves a decision. Answering the first interpretation that comes to mind can produce a valid account whose decisive relation is irrelevant to the recipient.

Preparation is also easy to misread. A course title, professional role or fluent acknowledgement does not reveal whether the person can use the particular relation needed now. Question work must recover enough of that local understanding to choose the next contribution without turning every request into an assessment session.
