Doerr’s committed/aspirational distinction and stretch cases supply different expectations and responses within OKR. This method retains that distinction and develops inquiry, learning and maintained conditions using STR, HCD and OPS.21. It rejects a universal stretch percentage because the received reliance and available means differ. A stronger domain-specific goal construction should be used when it supplies the same needed distinctions more directly.
