GOALS.4:1 - Problem frame

Use this when progress information, a changed need or a failed dependency calls for a decision about pursuing a goal. The object is the continuation and the goal-related premises it uses. The result is a warranted action, deliberate continuation, revision, pause or end, with affected reliance made clear.

When present evidence and an established response already settle the question, act through that arrangement. A fresh meeting, score or complete reconstruction is unnecessary. C.43 supplies the general control method; this pattern develops the distinctions needed to revise goal pursuit without changing the wrong meaning.
