JOINT-OKR — Make the quarter’s goals possible together

  • Situation: Teams have attractive OKRs, but they depend on the same specialists and continuing service.
  • Question: What can we jointly undertake and rely on?
  • First useful result or blocker: A coherent shared undertaking, including displaced work and the unresolved dependency that prevents a promise.
  • Mantra: Connect the wanted result to evidence, reliance and shared means; use what happens to revise the affected connection.
  • Start with: GOALS.5, then GOALS.2 and GOALS.3 for the actual construction; Reference:2 explains the connections.
  • Stop or return: An unresolved priority belongs to the decision owner; an unavailable specialist window remains an unmet condition.
