HCD.19:0 - Use This When

Use this pattern when you have a compatible evaluation specification and need to find what instructional material actually supplies to a reader, what limits the promised use, and what repair or additional evidence would change that result.

Start with one representative task, its subject criterion, the exact material, and the ordinary assistance. Preserve the reader’s first answer before offering a corrective cue. Then inspect the answer together with the passages, examples, and help that could have supplied it.

The first useful result is a qualified material judgement: a supported contribution, a limiting defect and its reach, or a specific evidence or criterion gap. That result can feed a use decision or E.23 improvement. A correct answer can coexist with a defective explanation if the reader repairs it from prior knowledge.

This is the material-evaluation branch of human capability development. If the evaluation specification is absent or unsuitable, construct or repair it with HCD.18. If a compatible specification already exists, enter here directly. Use HCD.11–HCD.13 for the distinct questions of a person’s performance, transfer, and retention. If only a disputed subject claim is at issue, resolve that claim from its qualified domain basis before attributing a reader’s disagreement to comprehension.
