HCD.22:3 - Forces
| Force | Tension |
| Productive dependence and avoidable obstruction | A missing piece can prompt explanation, while unavailable or unusable information can defeat the task. |
| Personal reasoning and access to help | An initial judgement can reveal a misconception, while a demonstration may be necessary before meaningful practice. |
| Efficient division and distributed learning | Specialization can improve the common result while leaving the intended personal operations undone. |
| Productive disagreement and subject correctness | Contrasting grounds can reveal an error, while agreement or confidence cannot settle a domain criterion. |
| Visibility and exploration | Seeing another solution can support learning while displacing one’s own useful search or hiding the original judgement. |
| Material continuity and burden | Preserving work across activities can enable comparison while producing reading and integration costs. |
| Shared performance and evidence | The task can provide useful observations without establishing individual transfer or a causal learning effect. |
