HCD.25:1 - Problem Frame
An engineer, product manager and organiser discuss their projects. Each can describe a local success. Others copy a familiar phrase or a visible document format, but cannot say which inputs made the method appropriate. A novice may instead conclude that every unfamiliar project is incomprehensible and contributes nothing.
The organiser must expose a tractable relation without falsifying the cases. The comparison should reduce the need to learn unrelated professional detail, while retaining the condition that governs the target action. An accessible but misleading simplification merely teaches a new superficial cue.
