HCD.25:5.2 - The decisive project fact cannot be shared

An internal team cannot disclose the installation condition that makes B’s earlier observation inapplicable. Removing it produces a case with no visible reason to obtain new evidence. The organiser uses a permitted constructed installation change and tells participants that it is a teaching case. Learners can practise the relation on that case; the group does not claim to have diagnosed the closed installation.

If no permitted analogue can retain the relevant relation, choose a different case or arrange a qualified private learning exchange with the required access. A public comparison cannot be made adequate by asking a novice to imagine the missing fact.
