HCD.27:0 - Use This When
Use this pattern when shared learning depends on individual preparation, different learners need different continuations, or a common schedule creates missed exchanges and peaks of feedback demand. A calendar can show every activity while the discussion still receives unusable material and the learner receives feedback too late to act.
The governed object is the coordination of personal learning routes and shared episodes. A route connects a person’s preparation, practice, feedback and next useful work. The shared rhythm supplies actual occasions for compatible exchanges; it need not impose one speed or a fixed cohort throughout.
The first useful result is a feasible set of continuations with usable material transfers, real help windows and a way to resume after a missed occasion. If the learning contribution is adequately individual and has no shared dependency, use its personal programme and support arrangement directly. If a team must perform later work together, its operational rhythm also needs the relevant organisation and work methods.
