HCD.27:1 - Problem Frame
A paid distributed programme assigns annotations before a meeting. Some participants submit conclusions without grounds; others have not received the source. The meeting proceeds through a generic presentation, and everyone is marked as having completed the collaborative task. Later, all revised work arrives in the same hour, exceeding the assessor’s available attention.
The alternative of separate programmes for everyone can multiply preparation and remove useful exchanges. The designer needs to share what benefits from synchrony while allowing different depth, preparation and recovery. The connections are actual contributions and conditions, not only adjacent dates.
