The official FROG account supplies a concrete design line: results from individual asynchronous annotation can become material for synchronous group work. It describes an orchestration construction, not a demonstrated causal advantage of the platform. Sections 4.2–4.4 develop selection, usable return and recovery for the present HCD use.

The contact and rematching construction of Zhang, Allon and Van Mieghem, draft 21 September 2015, §3.3 supports separating assigned contact from a completed exchange. HCD.7 supplies the developed provider-window comparison. Compared with calendar-only coordination, the method adds inspection of actual inputs; compared with fully separate programmes, it retains compatible sharing. Reconsider when preparation differences, service peaks or recovery costs outweigh the shared contribution. The worked timetable is a planning construction, not an empirical finding about paid adult education.
