HCD.27:4.1 - Identify the dependencies that require coordination
Begin with the personal targets and the shared contribution selected through HCD.20/.22. Identify what each shared episode needs from participants and what it returns to their next work. Distinguish necessary common preparation from optional depth. Learners can use different examples or practise at different speeds while still producing compatible inputs to one comparison.
For a future audience, make these conditions explicit through HCD.28. For known people, use their actual work, starting evidence, access and participation constraints through HCD.2. Do not replace this evidence with permanent labels such as fast or weak. The same person can be ready for one contribution and need preparation for another.
Share timing only where it supplies a contribution. Independent reading does not require a simultaneous start merely because the later discussion does. Conversely, a target of responding to a live challenge may need an actual exchange; distributing a transcript cannot silently supply that action.
