HCD.27:5.3 - Internal work and loss of a platform

An internal team has a short shared window during paid work but cannot export project material to the programme platform. It uses the permitted internal source and local feedback arrangement. A public common case can support a separate outside exchange; the two are linked by the learned relation, not by moving confidential data.

If the platform becomes unavailable, restore only the material and contact needed for the next action through an authorised alternative. Preserve the source version, permissions and earlier responses that the receiving use requires. A downloadable case alone does not restore a lost mentor or partner. HCD.7/.8 resolves that supply gap; the learner continues unaffected individual work where useful.
