HCD.2:0.1 - Working Terms
| Name in this pattern | What it denotes |
|---|---|
| human holder | The one identified person whose development is being considered. A course audience, job family, cohort, or average participant is not that person. |
| current mastered and supported configuration | The contributions the person can currently make under stated conditions, together with references, AI, tools, specialists, and other supports that are actually available. Unsupported assumptions about current capability or access do not belong in the baseline. |
| capability-development programme | A bounded arrangement of preparation, representative attempts, feedback, correction, retries, access, and later checks intended to help the person make specified contributions in later Work. It is not the learning product that may carry parts of the arrangement and does not establish that development occurred. |
| complete work task | A representative later-Work task whose required result, critical errors, human contributions, supporting contributions, and stopping conditions are sufficiently present to guide programme composition. |
| contribution allocation | A statement of what the person must recognize or perform, what may be retrieved from a reference, what controlled AI help may supply, and what a specialist or other provider must contribute. Several allocations may coexist in one task. |
| access allocation | The tools, sources, people, environments, permissions, timing, and support conditions that a programme assumes or must obtain. Intended help, permitted help, actual availability, and help received in an attempt remain different facts. |
| comparable programme description | One candidate described against the same holder, later-Work outputs, protected errors, horizon, evidence posture, and resource coordinates as the other candidates. |
| learning-product design return | A positive return to HCD.28 for an author who has audience hypotheses but no personal holder evidence. It preserves the product question; HCD.28 returns candidate variants and requirements, while HCD.2 still needs the relevant personal evidence. |
The programme, its description, a later decision to adopt it, the Work that enacts it, and observed human development are different objects. HCD.2 composes and compares descriptions; it does not make the later events true.
