PatternID and reader order

HCD.* is the Human Capability Development PatternID namespace. Numbers are stable addresses, not steps. The reader order is HCD.1, HCD.3, HCD.4, HCD.2, HCD.5, HCD.6, HCD.6.1, HCD.7, HCD.8, HCD.9, HCD.10, HCD.11, HCD.12, HCD.13, HCD.14, HCD.15, HCD.16, HCD.17, HCD.18, HCD.19, HCD.20, HCD.21, HCD.22, HCD.23, HCD.24, HCD.25, HCD.26, HCD.27 and HCD.28. Demand is a useful cold start when the required human contribution is unknown; equivalent qualified input permits direct entry to any Method under its own conditions. Reader order is not programme order, Work order, package dependency or a mandatory lifecycle.
