IS.2:2 - Problem
Labels such as resistance, low readiness and missing capability can conceal different failures. A person may know the Method but lack permission, begin correctly but lose access, or complete the prescribed work without receiving any useful result. A capable provider may answer too late to help.
An indiscriminate diagnostic exercise can make matters worse. Long inventories consume scarce participant time, produce categories without obtainable repairs and delay an already supported response. Conversely, an attractive quick fix can repeatedly move the difficulty elsewhere because it repairs a symptom without following the receiving work.
The problem is to distinguish only what changes the next useful action, and then obtain the contribution that action needs.
