• The intended holder, subsequent work and retained assistance define the capability claim.
• Complete facilitation Methods and relevant subject prerequisites are available before their use is taught.
• The recipient performs consequential operations with useful feedback and legitimate receiving conditions.
• Evidence distinguishes the recipient’s operation, coordination, specialist supply and hidden rescue.
• Assistance changes on that basis, and a subsequent worthwhile problem can be recognized without treating every success as mandatory further change.
